As a global leader in the robotics space, FANUC America was looking to expand its exposure on new platforms and redevelop key parts of their website. This involved working with a complex CRM and custom-built functionality.
Most of the initial work performed for FANUC was cleaning up development issues and prepping them for a homepage redesign. They had previously begun work on the homepage revision but were unable to complete under their former agency. Once in our hands we quickly worked with them to finalize a design and implement on a tight deadline.
Alongside of development fixes we also helped FANUC implement several security and tracking measures. These allowed FANUC to see the value of their paid marketing efforts in addition to tracking conversions on their site for the first time. This is now part of their monthly internal reporting.
Conklin Media was also able to train internal FANUC team members on Facebook ads, allowing them to add a new advertising channel that instantly drove results for them. Where as the brand had 0 exposure before, FANUC now had a robust remarketing system around their core products that kept prospective users engaged.
Launching the new homepage and revised pages conversions on the site have lead to an increase in new leads for the business. Users can now freely navigate on the homepage and quickly get to their desired sections. The education section was also completely revamped, allowing FANUC to showcase their offerings in a new light.
On the Facebook side, we were able to generate leads at a much lower rate than other channels, providing FANUC with a remarketing and cold flow of traffic. Cost per lead was under $10: a reduction of over 100% versus other marketing channels.
