Dave got his business growth strategy career start in real estate in 1999 when he built a real estate agency around the core growth strategy of cold calling. After he acquired clients, he realized he didn’t have the time to continue cold calling and instead developed a website to generate leads.
The success of this project resulted in leads from across the country and led Dave to his next career move: GetMyHomesValue.com, or GMHV for short.
After generating leads from all across the United States, Dave Conklin and his team developed a new business model in the form of GetMyHomesValue.com, which served to sell these leads, and provide personalized business growth services, to more than 10,000 real estate agents around the country.
Locally-owned and nationally-recognized, GMHV achieved rapid growth after its start in 2003. Thanks to this growth, as well as features in Inc Magazine two years in a row for being one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S., Dave learned how much of an impact digital marketing can have on business growth.
It was this knowledge that drove Dave to transition this company into a digital marketing agency during the 2007 real estate market collapse. While Dave is no longer involved with this agency, it still persists in Lancaster, PA today.
Beyond his passion for digital marketing and business growth, Dave, along with his wife, Jodi, are very passionate about their involvement with their church. Their faith is a cornerstone of their lives.
Whenever possible, they are active participants in water projects around the world, namely in India, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic. Dave believes that those who are fortunate have a duty to provide aid to those in need, which is a philosophy that guides him through many of his decisions.
